Hubby brought home  

A bouquet of parsley 

Flat leafed and serrated 

Two bunches of bananas 

One yellow, one green 

For our side table 

A coconut 

Laden with milk 

Wrapped with care 

Bags of cuties, tangerines 

And oranges 

Heavy as babies 

He rarely buys flowers 

But I feel his love 

In these small gifts
