Belmont Statistics for February
This is what Belmont real estate is doing: While prices continue to go up, the number of homes available for sale is tiny. Comparing last year's number for sale with this year's, there is a 47% decrease! (They went from 21 to 11) Then again, looking at the median selling price, that went up 12.59% (from $1.23Million to $1.38Million)
