• Put up an attractive fence to hide the front yard, put in a meandering walkway, statuary and fairy lights
• Install a patio and include a water feature (using recycling water) and patio furniture, have potted plants
• Water your lawn, anger your neighbors, confess your increased water bill costs in your disclosure package
